Welcome to Flexsys Technologies. By accessing or using our website (https://flexsys.co.in) and IT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services Scope & Proposals

Flexsys Technologies provides cloud migration, managed IT, digital engineering, AIOps, hardware AMC, and software licensing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, SLAs, and fees are defined in individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) signed between Flexsys Technologies and the client.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a Statement of Work, all client-specific custom code, deliverables, datasets, and infrastructure designs created by Flexsys Technologies upon full payment become the exclusive intellectual property of the client.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to protect proprietary business and technical information disclosed during discussions or project execution, maintaining confidentiality in accordance with executed NDAs.

4. Limitation of Liability

Flexsys Technologies shall deliver all engineering services with industry-standard professional skill and care. Liability limits, uptime warranties, and SLA remedies are governed by individual client contracts.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
